Beachside Manor is a great place to have the whole family together on your holiday. Directly across the road from stunning Sapphire Beach, and with multiple living spaces and alfresco entertaining areas.

Beachside Manor is set over 3 levels. Entry is on the ground floor, where there is a sitting room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom/laundry, gaming tv, as well as a 3-car garage.

Walking up the beautiful staircase to the first floor, you will find the dining room, kitchen and air-conditioned lounge room, as well as the laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The fabulous modern kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave, plus a breakfast bench to chat over while snacking or preparing meals. Dine out on the front balcony overlooking the beach, while you relax in the salty sea breeze and take in the beautiful view of the ocean. There is also a back deck with a BBQ for relaxed, casual meals.

The house is triple storey and boasts a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests comfortably.

The house is conveniently located just 8km north of Coffs Harbour, with access to the beach directly across the road. Sapphire Beach offers great fishing, swimming and surfing, although it is not patrolled.

Coffs Harbour also has plenty to offer with great shopping, many places to dine, club's and pub's, whale watching, surfing, bushwalking, white water rafting, horse riding, ice skating, The Big Banana, go karting, the Dolphin Marine Conservation Park, world class golfing and much, much more!

- This property has air conditioning on the second floor lounge area only. All bedrooms have ceiling fans

For an older home, this was a great place for a large group or family. If you have issues with stairs, it's no good. Has large walk in pantry, large freezer and fridge. Make sure everyone has quick showers as hot water can run out. Great space and great neighbourhood. You'll need a car to access shops etc but overall really happy. Thanks for having us.
