La Casa Blue is located at the very top of the Almond Grove residential development, one of the most popular on the Dutch side.

The entrance to the Villa is at the end of a small lane, with enough space to park 2 cars.

Villa Casa Blue is located on a sloping plot of 2000 m2, which gives it a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains, at a good distance from the neighboring villas.

Access is via a pretty blue door which opens on the same level to the swimming pool, the semi-shaded terrace and the 200 m² of living space made up of space shared with the host of this 3-bedroom Villa and possibly other travellers.

The following are shared:

*the terrace and its swimming pool.

You are dedicated to:

One floor below, there is access to the garden, the laundry room and the hammocks of the Villa.

A rental car is highly recommended and very affordable.

Otherwise, you will easily find taxis.

The swimming pool and terrace are not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Planes from the international airport take off, and pass not far from the Villa; a real attraction for travelers.
