No staff, all automated…No Hot Water. Never got ahold of anyone to move rooms or get it fixed. It was very clean but nothing special. Would have left a good review except they don’t have a human to speak to, zero response to issues and NO HOT WATER.

The property doesn't look like much when you arrive. There is limited parking in their lot, but the streets did have room for overflow. Once inside, the rooms are great. Recently renovated, nice flooring, freshly painted. Blackout curtains, the air conditioner worked great and was a good buffer for the street/traffic noise that is quite close to the rooms. This isn't a place you'd go and hang out. It's a great place to go if you need a bed to rest, a shower, and a place to stay for a few nights. You'll get all of that in a comfortable room. Don't let the outside scare you when you arrive, the rooms themselves are more than adequate. There was VERY limited staff presence, which was fine with us. We had great communication from them about how to get into our rooms and the one person we did interact with was very friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely stay there again.

We let stars know we would be a late arrival. Showed up late and our door code didn’t work. Messages right away and waited a few minutes, no response. Went to another hotel and got checked in before siesta responded. They advised that works have the owners reach out. They never did. We had to find another hotel for the additional night we needed while 6 hours away from home

This was our second stay at Siesta. It is clean and has what you need. Conveniently located, which is good. Could use updating in the bathroom and room furniture. Bed and bath linens are clean and newer. Will be staying again for WSU parents weekend this school year.

Electronic sign in was a pain. Sometimes i had to put the code in 3 times to get it to unlock. No ice machine. No mini refrigerator. No counter in the bathroom to set anything. The bed was very uncomfortable. I would never stay her again.

Excellent small town hotel. Convenient, safe and clean. The room is well maintained. Small refrigerator and microwave. Air conditioner woked well. Good water pressure, a good shower head and plenty of hot water. Also, a well put together book of local information.

We stayed at a two Queen bed room, which is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We appreciate the self check-in arrangement as we arrived at Siesta Motel very late and it was very convenient. There is a notice posted in front of the office which is helpful for late arrivers to read and then reach out to the office manager through a contact number.

A good one night stay with good price and close to the Steptoe Butte State Park in Colfax. Many restaurants around the area. Check in was easy with room # and access code. Motel sends all the information in advance with no human intervention. Front desk is closed after 6 pm so if you need a hair dryer you need to call them which I find is not convenient.
