The very recently built Casa Masoni apartment has valuable and design features in modern rustic style. It is structured in a large living area, about 40 square meters, complete with fully equipped kitchen and relaxation area, with large and comfortable seating. The sleeping area consists of two finely furnished double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, with fine features. This is completed by a large hallway and utility room with washing machine and dryer. The entrance area of the apartment consists of pleasant loggia bordered by a gate, which provides greater privacy and security.

Colle val d'Elsa is a characteristic town with a medieval village, located in the center of a popular tourist area . It is in fact about km 10 from Monteriggioni, km 15 from San Gimignano, km 28 from Volterra, km 25 from Siena and about km 10 from the Chianti Gallo Nero area. Florence, km 49 away, can be reached either by Autopalio freeway or by regular buses with multi-day services.
Colle val d'Elsa is situated along the section of the Via Francigena, Stage No. 32 San Gimignano/Monteriggioni.

The apartment is located in the city center, with all major services nearby: supermarket, Neapolitan pizzeria, bar-pastry shop, but, at the same time, about 500 m. walk from the beautiful countryside of Colle Val d'Elsa. Ample free parking at Supermarket and in neighboring side streets.

Perfect location for day trips to florence, siena, san gimnagno, montalcino, montepulciano, arezzo, cortona - which we did all of over our stay plus two dinners in the medieval centro village located up the hill from us. Very helpful host. Apartment had everything we needed directly across from large grocery store.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment was beautiful, it was furnished well with every amenity. The only drawback was parking availability and noise. It had a noisy alleyway and back and a busy road out front. There was a grocery store across the street, which was very convenient. The security deposit process was a bit cumbersome. It was very central to a lot of the locations we were going to in Tuscany.

Great modern place
This property is totally new and has great setup. It has everything one would need, and more! Deanna and her husband where great hosts, even had the kitchen stocked with some basics for the first morning. Great location, parking can be a bit tricky, but Deanna assisted in finding us a location on the day street cleaning took place. Thanks!

Wir haben eine entspannte Ferienwoche in der Casa Masoni verbracht. Die Besitzerin hatte freundlicherweise für unser erstes Frühstück vorgesorgt-vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und pikobello sauber und modern. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein Supermarkt und die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist perfekt. Die recht befahrene Straße stört bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Fantastic 2 bedrooms new apartment to visit Tuscany
Very close from Siena, San Gimignano and Chianti and Colle Val d' Elsa alta a really nice village to visit. 15' walking from the house. Deanna is a perfect anfitriona helping with everything for your stay.
