The staff was very nice. I didn't spend very much time there because i was visiting my kids so really only there to sleep. However when the soccer team came and took over the hotels, things became loud at all hours, inside and outside. Everyone was happy when they went home.

I would've given this place 5 stars if it weren't for our original room. When we first arrived, we were given a room with a small balcony. It was neat and clean upon first inspection, but when we tried to put food away, the fridge was completely jam packed with frost. The shelf insert was MIA. It was impossible to use properly, but maybe that didn't matter. Then I tried to take a shower. No hot water. Not in the shower, not in the tap. To their credit, when I called for a new room, they switched us immediately. But we arrived after 10, and switching when we were already tired was kind of a hassle. The new room was almost identical to the old one sans balcony. The breakfast they offer *for free* is strictly the mini muffins and coffee kind, which was slightly disappointing. Luckily this location is conveniently close to a Royal Farms so you can get a cheap hot breakfast pretty easily. They will offer to cook breakfast for you too. I would probably stay here again while I'm visiting friends in the area.
