Stayed at this hotel last summer and had no issues so I recently booked again and the room smelled like mold as soon as I walked in, I made a complaint because I was traveling with my children and the man at the front desk kept insisting there was no other room he could move me to. I ended up speaking to a manager who offered me an updgrade to a King bedroom suite which also smelled just not as strongly. The bathtub and sink were both backed up as soon as you turned the water on. I requested the room be serviced and I was told they only service the rooms every other day, not daily so I requested new towels at least and was told I had to bring the towels to the front desk and swap them out. Cutting corners when it comes to maintenance seems to be the issue, the lack of cleanliness definitely shows. I would no longer recommend unless this is the last resort and you're only staying overnight.

The staff was rude mostly the people on the cafe side. They complained in our backs thinking we did not talked English, about us taking a second cup of coffee and filling our water bottles. We did not felt welcomed but neither get instructions of not doing what we were doing.

There was plenty of parking. The hotel is old and not run efficiently. They gave us 3 towels for 5 people. The double sofa bed only had a single mattress and the room smelled like a cat had used it as a kitter box multiple times. The AC was very loud so not good if you are a light sleeper. They did have chilled water, an elevator and fruit and light snacks for breakfast. The tv worked but was not many usable power outlets to plug in electronics.

Need to put screens in the windows they have Windows that open up but when you open them bees fly in also this used to be one of my favorite places but now I don't think my sheets were changed they smell kind of dirty I know I'm on the smoking side but they used to keep it a lot better that's all I'm going to say

I scheduled this hotel through Expedia as on Ad it seemed nice and had the one amenity I must have an indoor pool. But when i arrived I found out their pool was out of commission and not just the pool the restaurant was also not open for Dinner or lunch due to whatever reason. The gentleman I was dealing with apparently the GM basically told me if I didn’t check in I would still be charged for a non-refundable reservation. I advised him I will insist in refund as the hotel is unable to provide the amenities in which I booked the reservation based upon. He still refused. I did a chat with Expedia the representative on the chat said he called hotel to clarify and the GM also refused a refund per Expedia request. This is unacceptable and I will further escalate. I did purchase travel insurance on this booking therefore I will file claim.
