Tru was nicely appointed. I appreciate the attempt to be as environmental as possible. Real utensils for breakfast.good for you! Keeping plastic out of the landfill gave them more brownie points. I woyld stay there again. Convenient to the airport.

Front Desk staff... very helpful
I loved my room and the service was great. SHOUT OUT to Troy and the ladies at the front desk. The kitchen staff was great too....zervice on point. I felt catered to. The only thing i did not like is the valet parking charge even for hotel guests.

Excellent Stay Except for $34 Parking Fee
Tru Hotel is a clean, staff-friendly hotel w/a generous complimentary breakfast buffet. We were welcomed and treated well by staff, especially from Damon, our valet. Bathroom is clean, shower pressure hard & water warm. And I appreciate being able to watch Netflix on the room’s TV. Overall, the spot is cozy. My ONLY complaint is not knowing ahead of time of the $34 parking fee. There’s a $50 incidental fee, which is not fully refunded but budgeted toward the parking fee. Did. Not. Appreciate. That.
