I reserved a room and bought the travel insurance offered. We had to cancel due to my spouse getting COVID. When I contacted Expedia to cancel a “virtual assistant” told me it would try to secure A refund. After several days I was told no refund would be issued. We visit DC regularly to visit family. The $500 cost of room plus insurance is a huge blow to our family. Unless there is some response, We will not use Expedia or Wyndham in the future. Please respond. James Dorr

We were there for 3 nights , the first night we were bitten by bedbug all over . Next day we complained and they did not want to move us but after arguing they did move us . The condition on the second room was better . Bad area of town , I am disappointed by Wyndham hotel . Don’t get fooled by the picture they have on their site.

Room smelled like mold. Property is very poorly maintained. Walls need a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff were nice and helpful.
