Welcome to Aggie Oasis! This townhome condo is in a beautiful, gated community only one mile from campus. You can walk, bike, drive or ride the bus to campus. The Lakeridge community is located on the bus route 35 Hullabaloo right outside of the complex gate. This condo is located on the first story and has its own numbered parking spot, there are also visitor parking spaces available.

The main living area is a charming space to relax and enjoy visiting with family and friends or watch the game with cozy and comfortable seating. Make a cup of coffee in the morning at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large pantry and all the essentials needed for cooking. This rental includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
