Advertised as smoke free, hallway smelled like pot and room smelled mildly of cigarettes. Carpet was dirty. There were cleaning supplies left in room. Shower curtain was nasty. Stairwell carpet was covered with cereal. Key cards had to be reset 3 times in a two night stay.

The bathroom was so rundown you couldn’t tell if it was clean or dirty. If my spouse was with me we wouldn’t have stayed here, it was bad.

We will never go to another La Quinta. This place smells like smoke is dirty, the sheets would not stay on the bed because the elastic was worn out. We also got 2 towels with no towel bar so threw the towels on the floor thinking they would be replaced. They were not when asked for housekeeping we were told they are too busy on the weekend to clean the rooms. They also had no clean towels. The attendant was sitting at the desk on his phone for over an hour and never attempted to put towels in the wash. Shower had mold all over also. Horrible experience.

I’m saddened to report that the condition of this property is extremely unacceptable. The elevator is not only dirty, but is in need of a safety check. The grout in the bathroom was moldy, the shower base edges were rusty and moldy. I did not have any hot water. The bed linens had dog hair and stains on them and I do not have a dog. The only positive is the staff was very nice.

Best Hotel Clerk ever.
Loved the staff. The hotel clerk was super nice and friendly. She offered my little one a bag of chips to help soothe her. Friendly and polite. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Property was as expected. Hairdryer was missing but front desk found one. Shout out to the manager on duty the morning of my checkout, she was being berated by a man who was very unhappy with his stay but she kept calm and held her own while he was throwing a tantrum and threatening her. Staff was top notch.

Interesting experience, had to pay $ 100 deposit to make sure I did not ruin my room which I did cash.( I do not want deposits on my CC when traveling) Next morning at checkout the clerk went upstairs to check my room and I got my $ 100 back. Great breakfast and good coffee.
