6MIR17 - Rue Mirador - Fisherman's house equipped for 6 people, consists on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with TV and an interior courtyard. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single bed) as well as a bathroom with toilet. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a single bed) and, again, a bathroom with toilet. You will enjoy balconies on the two bedrooms with double beds where the view is breathtaking.
The location of the house is ideal, in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from the beaches and shops while being quiet.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week

The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request)

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).

We are approved by Chèques Vacances.
