The room was super dirty, the toilet paper holder was broken, the carpet was super filthy and the overall facilities where not too clean. The staff is indifferent and not very friendly The room was super tiny. Won’t go back

Clean, basic modern room. Used as a base for Phantasialand and Cologne. Near to motorway and transport links. Hotel staff friendly. Fast food outlets within 2 minute walk. Would stay again.

Ok hotel til prisen sengene helt fine Vi havde nogle udfordringer med at tilkøbe morgenmad, i første omgang fik vi at vide at det slet ikke var muligt, siden skiftede de mening Rengøringen var under standart, pletter på sengetøjet, klumper af udefinerbar karakterer på væggene Pudsig detalje udsugningen fra badeværelset var ind til selve rummet

Das Bad ist sehr sehr klein! zu klein. Toilettendeckel lose angebracht. Doppelbett klein (breite). Insgesamt mässiges Angebot. Für eine Nacht nach Fussball geht es aber ansonsten.
