Nauti historiallisella alueella sijaitsevan uuden kodin ylellisyydestä ja mukavuudesta. Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen koti on vain muutaman minuutin päässä alueen suosituimmista kohteista, kuten keskustasta, Yhdysvaltain olympiaharjoittelukeskuksesta, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Old Colorado City, Gods Garden, Red Rock Canyon ja Manitou Springs. Päätasolla avoimessa pohjaratkaisussa on iso, moderni kokin keittiö, mittava ruokailutila ryhmäaterioille ja oleskelutila, jossa on suuri televisio ja kaasutakka. Keittiöstä on myös patio, joka laajentaa viihdyttävää tilaa.

Loman aikana voit nauttia kadun ulkopuolella olevasta pysäköinnistä kahdelle ajoneuvolle, nopeaan langattomaan internetyhteyteen, kaapelitelevisioon sekä pesukoneeseen ja kuivausrumpuun, joka sijaitsee kätevästi yläkerrassa. Olympialaisen ja entisen ammattiurheilijan omistama ja yleisesti nimellä “Athlete House” tunnettu koti on koristeltu urheilijan muistoesineillä hänen urheilijan ja valmentajan uransa aikana.

Yläkerrassa on kolme erittäin viihtyisää makuuhuonetta, joissa on mukavat vuoteet hyvään yötä. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja televisio. Kaunis kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme, suihku ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Muissa makuuhuoneissa on queen-size-vuoteet, ja niissä on kylpyamme.

Talo on varustettu keskus ilmastoinnilla ja lämmitysjärjestelmällä ympäri vuoden mukavuuden.

Perfect for relaxing girls trip
There were three of us staying here, and this house was a great setup to each have our own bedrooms and plenty of common area space to eat, cook, chat, watch tv, etc. Super clean and comfortable living. Great location for an easy drive to the sites. Highly recommend!

Air Force Academy Family Weekend
This house was absolutely perfect (and I'm a tough critic)! It was incredibly clean and very well appointed. The kitchen was big enough to comfortably prepare and feed our family of 8. It had everything we needed - coffee, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Paige was very responsive and even allowed us a later check out on our last day since we had a late afternoon flight. The house is very quiet. When you were upstairs you couldn't hear anyone on the main floor. Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado Springs. I highly recommend this property! STAY HERE! You won't be disappointed!

Perfect spot for a group
We had a wonderful time at this house. There is enough room for people to have their space but also be able to come together. The parking out back was an added perk, though people can easily park on the street if needed. Paige was incredibly responsive throughout the entire rental process!

Beautiful home
Paige was very easy to communicate with. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. We were in Colorado Springs for a family wedding and this home quickly became the gathering place for the family because it is so lovely and spacious. The Bride even asked if she and her bridesmaids could get ready there the morning of the wedding and take pictures because it was so spacious and nice. Thank you for sharing your home and making our trip so comfortable. The only suggestion we would have would be to have outdoor furniture to enjoy the outside area.

The property was centrally located to tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants, very clean, and the owner provided all the needed provisions for our stay. When I had questions, the owner was very responsive. The house had a charming Olympic cycling theme and a spacious garage and driveway. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect Weekend Stay in Colorado Springs before Headed to Philmont Scout Ranch
House was a perfect location in Colorado Springs for all activities - Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline etc. We stayed 3 nights to acclimate to the elevation and then headed down to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. House is well laid out and clean. The only detail to be aware of is the pull-out in the living room; not comfortable to sleep on (kids wound-up closing and sleeping on the sofas instead). All other amenities were great. Paige was super responsive and great to work with.

Home away from home
We loved staying at this property. We spent 10 nights here while we explored all the area has to offer. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was well stocked so that we were able to prepare meals. The study and dependable WiFi allowed us to work part time. The property was clean, and the area felt safe. Highly recommend!

Old Town
The property is very nice and near everything. The main business district is about 1 mile down the road and a large number of attractions are within 15 min. The townhome is spacious and well equipped. Paige was quick to respond to all inquiries and allowed us to checkin a bit early the first day which was really appreciated.
