Awaiting New Build Completion Nearby
We very much appreciated finding a short term rental nearby our new build as it finished up, and the commute to our kids' new schools, as well as to our new home in progress was easy to do multiple times a day. We appreciated the neighborhood parks and nearby trail system and used them near daily. Everything in the home worked well and Paul was responsive and helpful when needed.

Well suited for our local needs
This property was a super choice for us. We needed about 2 months of furnished rental in a pleasant neighborhood close to services and within driving distance of our new home construction. The owner communicated prior to our arrival and was very responsive to questions and needs during our stay. With a 30 night minimum stay, it's not a place aimed at the vacationer but works perfectly for those with work or relocation needs. Good wifi allowed us the connectivity needed to work. Nice family-oriented neighborhood for walking with access to level trails. Easy access to shopping, restaurants.

Very nice place to stay.
Very quiet & clean neighborhood. Parks & walking area's close to house. Close to shopping malls & restaurants. We stayed here 2 months. The owner is a super nice person. He answered all our questions & always texted back immediately. I would highly recommend stayiny here.
