Cripple Creek Stay
We last minute needed a place to stay in Cripple Creek and this place looked nice and affordable. We were able to book and check in easy, however, the hotel and room were quite dirty. There was also a bandaid stuck on the inside of our door (?) We spent most of our time at a casino but the beds were comfortable and worked fine for the one night. Room service knocked on our door at 8:30am? Not sure why but that was kind of weird. Overall, not a super nice hotel but for one night and cheap, it wasn’t awful.

So the front desk staff was very friendly and the pool was perfect but with that being said.... We did not receive a room key (guess the system had an issue prior to our arrival) didnt receive one our entire stay and had to have staff let us in our room. They had no extra creamer or sugar only coffee pouches, there was no lid for our ice bucket, I asked if they had a spoon so that I could eat my yogurt that I brought and was told no they didn't...Didn't have anything for breakfast and didn't have any complimentry coffee made till close to 9. So yeah for the price and all the pros and cons that I experienced during my stay I wasn't very impressed and to be honest would have paid the extra to go to a different motel / hotel.

When we checked into a dirty room we let the front desk know and they handed us a bottle Of cleaner and towel to clean ourselves. Hot tub was broken and pool was dirty. Very disappointed

The property is fine. The parking lot is in a safe area. My main issue is that I came here on a motorcycle many hundreds of miles and wanted to take advantage of their advertised hot tub. Nope. I just hate being lied to. If you advertise you have something, then have it or fix your listing. The hot tub has been down 8 weeks they said. I can underbid it JUST happened. Then they put me in a room right by the elevator and lobby in a room with an AC that makes a terrible clicking sound intermittently. They said they couldn’t move the room. Then a little after 4am, they cranked the tv in the lobby up and I got to wake up to Alaskan Goldminers and their drama since my door is right there next to it. So, if you don’t mind being lied to and don’t really need any sleep, this is a great place!

We was on the go the whole trip this hotel was quiet friendly but they do need a food option free breakfast or box lunch deals from different restaurants would add to there overall profit the staff were all very friendly I would definitely come back to use the pool and hot tub we did not have enough time in the day Thank you for a wonderful stay 🎉🎊🎉
