Where as this property claims to be newly renovated, not all areas were. Breakfast was to be served from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. I was down in the breakfast area at 6:30 and saw no one for 20 minutes and had to leave because my Uber had arrived. And, yeah, I had to call an Uber to deliver me to the airport because even though they claimed to provide airport transportation, it only runs from 8:00-5:00 - won't work if my flight is at 8:45.

I usually book a couple of other hotels in the area but they weren’t available so so booked the Holiday Inn. What a great stay we had. Even better than the other hotels that we usually stay at in the area. The room was great, comfortable sndxwuiet. The breakfast was the best! We’ll definitely stay there again!!

The staff were helpful at check-in and quickly got us into our room. The rooms were clean and temperatures were easy to adjust. The pool was small but a decent size for a small children. It was also located in a well-insulated area and filled with bearable water temperature. The only negative we encountered was when one of my children had clogged the toilet, and we requested that the toilet be unclogged and the bathroom cleaned. Staff told us that they would unclog/fix the bathroom, and although it was fixed during the time we left the property to go sightseeing, the floors and towels were still dirty and the bathroom was unattended to and uncleaned. Needless to say, I had to clean the bathroom myself and request for more trash bags and toiletries. Other than that, our stay-experience at this hotel was a 4 out of 5.
