Just what I needed
This hotel was clean. Staff was friendly enough. They have breakfast with some hot items which is always good. Location was perfect for anything on the south or Southwest part of town. It was just what I needed at this budget level. Unfortunately mine was a medical stay but you were very close to the Broadmoore, Cheyenne Mountain zoo

The outside of the hotel isn’t bad. But when you walk into the lobby it had a bad smell. When I got to the room the carpet was stained, and the walls looked dirty. I immediately went downstairs and turned in the keys to the room. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

This hotel was near the concert venue and I appreciated that it was just walking distance. However, I shared a room with a friend and in my bed there were bedbugs even though we checked because I have bedbug bites all over my face, neck, arms and they started appearing the next day. I called the management but nobody ever called me back.

First room, half the lights didn’t work. Front desk literally asked if all the light bulbs were in the lamps, as if she wasn’t sure. The next room was very dirty. Hair and tp on the floor, dust everywhere, ac cover hanging off. Just very disappointing!

Two problems: A/C was very noiseu and our remote did not work. We received a new remote but it was not prigammed to the TV so the guide on TV did not match.

This property is in a prime area for restaurants and entertainment, staff was amazing , but this hotel needs about $500,000 facelift , rooms are old , outdated and seem to not have been updated since the hotel was built , so many other options within 2-3 blocks of this location,$80 deposit when brand new Marriotts and embassy suites charge $20 , keep the staff and spend some money updating
