Interior is expertly designed & decorated blending modern mountain touches with an outdoors-woodsy influence. This is a brand new home; custom built & finished in September 2022!

This is a private, luxury mountain cabin that is the perfect base for all things in the area! With a mountainside location, this vacation home gives guests easy access to scenic hiking and biking trails, fabulous fishing in streams and reservoirs, back country skiing, snow shoeing, and thrilling ATV trails and tours. The home is located in the Pike National Forest at 8.500 ft in elevation and is the perfect getaway location during any season. Visit the art galleries and museums in the town of Woodland Park, just an easy walk or short drive nearby, and return to the home for some R&R while enjoying the gas outdoor fireplace on the front porch and watching wildlife walk by!

Luxury finishes throughout, this home feature a well-stocked kitchen boasting all new, stainless steel appliances including a gas range, Keurig coffee maker, Fiestaware flatware, bowls and dishes. Enjoy making meals in a sophisticated kitchen featuring all high end pans, pots and kitchen equipment needed to make a great meal supplied as well as an outdoor propane grill. A custom built western cedar dining table illuminated with natural light, comfortable living space including a Smart TV, two large private & covered decks including an outdoor gas fireplace will help you spend quality time with your travel companions. This 2 bedroom plus a large loft home sleeps 1-6 while offering the best combination of luxury and comfort with a king master bedroom, built-in custom twin-over-twin bunk beds and ladder, and a playful loft equipped with 2 additional twin beds and additional living space. Home is prepped and ready for families offering a pack n' play travel crib and sheets, a high chair, children’s cups, plates and utensils, space heater, fan, children’s books and toys. Luxurious sheets, towels and blankets provided in each room. This cabin best accommodates families and couples. There is one full bathroom with granite vanity, tiled shower and full washer/dryer available for use.

Things to note:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home.
This is a SMOKE FREE property. No smoking or vaping or any tobacco products allowed in the home, not on decks, not in garage, and not anywhere on the premise. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
There are steps to enter and exit the home.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
Use of outdoor gas fireplace is allowed by renters. To avoid county fine, guests MUST check Teller County fire ban status before using fireplace
Max of 6 people allowed. Anymore than 6 will result in a $500 per person per night fine.
Garbage is located in black trash can on the north side of the garage
Bunk room and loft ladders are use at your own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for any accidents or injury. Loft ladder is a straight vertical ladder.

We provide our guests a supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dishwashing liquid, laundry pods, and trash bags.

Parking Details:
Guests are welcome to full use of detached garage with a second parking spot available next to the garage.

There is nothing more important to us at Redwood Retreat than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations.

You will enter the home using a smart wifi lock which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Each guest will have a personalized access code that will be active beginning at 4:00pm on their arrival date and disabled at 11:00am on their departure date.

Check in is 4pm or later; check out is 11am or earlier. Guests may request an early check-in or late check-out but this cannot be guaranteed without request. No smoking inside or outside (no smoking on premises anywhere).

We love animals. Unfortunately, this pets are not allowed in the home or on the property at this time.

DRIVING Directions
Woodland Park is about a 20 minute drive from Colorado Springs, Colorado. From Colorado Springs, head west on HIGHWAY 24 and wind up Ute Pass to 8,500 ft in elevation to the toward of Woodland Park.

What an amazing location
This, rental is amazing, it was within walking distance of several coffee shops, and it was such a great, clean, beautiful place to come home to each night.. it was perfect for our family of six. Owners were very responsive and it was a great experience, we plan on renting again when we come to the area.

I stayed here by myself while attending a conference. It was perfect for my purposes but it would also have worked great for my family if we were all together. It would definitely be cozy with my full family, but still very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and hosts were very responsive to messages.

Formidable accomodation. Felt like coming home. Cabin has all you could wish for. From laundry pods to games for kids. Kitchen was full with all the utensils you might need. All amenities closeby.
