Get away with my wife
Very pleased with the property and the stay. We could tell a lot of time was put into fixing it up and the nice small details such as books and decoration. The instructions for the stay and the checkout felt very aggressive when we felt they didn't need to be? Only thing that would be nice would be some extra extension cords with USB outlets for charging phones etc. on both bed side tables. Thank you

Manitou Springs House on the Hill
We had a great stay in this comfortable house for two nights. It was well situated for us to park our car and spend two great evenings downtown with all that we needed within walking distance. Would have liked to stay longer and would definitely return here for another stay.

Cute little house within walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs and centrally located to explore the area. Additional supplies (bath towels, hand towels, dish towels) would make this stay perfect.

Manitou Springs Perfect Stay!
Wife, me and 8 year old grandson stayed here 3 nights early July. Avoid the expensive parking and stay here! Beware the parking police! 2 blocks south of the main drag, Manitou Ave. Close to everything! We WILL stay here again. We usually stay at a mountain cabin and drive to Manitou for few hours, but this was a great change of pace. Front porch comfortable to drink our coffee and read, but was very dusty. Need to clean here every time I think. But we made it work. 5 Stars.

Quaint but disappointing
The property was nice and clean, however, we were unhappy about a few BASIC things: 2 bath towels, NO hand towels, only 1 makeup washrag. NO kleenex. Crazy, simple things that would have made a very expensive stay much nicer. The electronic door lock worked only once. I think for the money, some basics should be met.

perfect location
Perfect location! A short walk to the best breakfast places in Manitou Springs. This house was spaces and charming. In the mornings I sat outside to drink my coffee and watched deer pass through the front yard. Do plan on visiting in the future

We truly enjoyed this very-well located property. It was clean, full of amenities, and great supply of all we needed for the week’s vacation. Management’s communication was excellent. Centrally located in Manotou Springs. Walkable to pretty much anything.

Great Location!
Very nice, comfortable, and clean property. Just a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Manitou Ave. The driveway was a nice extra since parking can be a little difficult in Manitou Springs. We had a minor problem with the pull out sofa, but it was address quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. We were very happy with our stay and would revisit this property in the future.
