This charming early 1900's home is just steps away to parks and hiking trails, local tourist attractions (Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, etc.), local galleries, museums, bars & restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the comfortable no-pressure mattresses (Purple), the coziness of the layout, modern/western charm, and the fully stocked kitchen. Our home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, outdoor & cuisine enthusiasts, business travelers, and families (with kids). We accept well-behaved dogs only (no cats or other animals) max 50lbs each, limited to 2 dogs. If traveling with dogs, must agree to house rules IN ADDITION to: 1) No dogs on furniture 2) No dogs left alone in the property unless kenneled, and 3) MUST pick up after dogs in the yard. Please check "pets" when booking to apply the fee-per-stay of $85. The detached garage in the rear of the home is used for private personal storage and is currently leased to another tenant separately; a privacy fence has been added for additional guest privacy.

► The house is advertised on multiple online listing/booking platforms, each of which outlines different policies, terms, and conditions. For consistency, the policies, terms, and conditions listed in the Rental Agreement shall prevail and supersede any other policies, terms, and conditions described on the listing/booking platform that you initially inquired and/or booked this property.
► The house is family-friendly but not child-proof. Children must be watched by a capable adult at all times.
► The house does not have a daily cleaning service like at hotels. You'll be provided with towels and linens. There is a washer/dryer available.
❕Only a STARTER set of select products (trash bags, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper) is supplied. You may need to purchase additional quantities for your stay.
► The house is in a urban wildland interface area that is considered in the "city" but we can have deer, bears, mice, and other wildlife on the property. As such, it is possible to get 4-6-8 (or more) legged, winged, or crawling visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented even with regular monthly pest control.
► Never leave food items in the vehicles, and never leave food, food leftovers, or trash outside. Lock the house doors/windows AND your vehicle doors/windows when leaving even for a short time. Any garbage should be bagged and placed in the containers provided.
► No refunds will be given for weather/power/internet outages, change of plans, or life events. Consider appropriate TRAVEL INSURANCE. (Refunds will be processed accordingly if the reservation is canceled within the cancelation policy window)
► Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. Log-in information can be found inside the house binder or via email.
► Rates may differ on different platforms and are updated dynamically. Any sales, discounts, and specials are not retroactive and apply to new reservations only.
► NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
► NO SMOKING (tobacco or ANY other substance), NO VAPING.
► DOGS ONLY. Must adhere to house rules for pets (no dogs on furniture, dogs may not be left in the house without being kenneled, guests must pick up after the dogs in the yard - bags are provided near the back door).
► NO OCCUPANCY ABOVE STATED LIMIT (5 total, with NO MORE than 5 adults).
► Third-party amenities, such as electricity, water, TV programming, and internet are beyond Owners' control. In the event of a service interruption beyond our control, Guests agree that they are not entitled to, nor will seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption.
► MUST be 21 or older to book, and sign the Rental Agreement (which will be sent after the booking is accepted) within 48 hours of booking.
► Guests are required to inspect the house within 1 hour of check-in to ensure everything is in order. If there are any questions, concerns, or issues, guests must contact the owners immediately. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in the guests being held responsible. All guest concerns and/or complaints should be submitted in writing, either by text/platform message or email, before departure, giving the owners adequate time to document and address the issue.
