Mostly the biggest issue was the parking garage. Very hard to navigate and get in and out if you are not in a car. But ultimately that is not the hotels problem.

Front desk employee very rude to me upon returning from going out. All other employees were pleasant. Disrespectful and mouthy. Too comfortable being unprofessional to customers. The opposite of hospitality more like hostility. Everything else was cool though.

Great hotel with inconvenient parking.
Comfortable, clean, and well located hotel with courteous staff. Bar is below average and parking garage situation is worse. Overall a good experience and would recommend with a disclaimer for the sketchy parking garage.

Don’t recommend the parking.
The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. I did opt for the parking which was supposed to be $14/night taken from my security deposit. They give you a key card to use as you leave the parking lot. Day one it did not work, I was charged $9 to leave. I went in to the front desk and told them and they asked for my receipt and gave me a new card. The next day the card again did not work (said it was invalid) and I was charged $10. I went to the front desk and explained since this was a problem and the parking charge at the gate was cheaper than the hotel charged then just remove parking from my bill. They said no problem. Then when I checked out all of my deposit was returned minus $5. I’ve tried finding out what I was charged $5 for but no one is able to answer or return my call.
