I never write reviews, but in this economy, I felt that it’s important for me to say something……The room here itself was ok. Really clean, but the shower leaked out onto the floor terribly. But what dropped the score so low is the fact that they’ve charged my husband’s card 3 times, after they assured is that it was resolved the first time it was messed up (so, that makes 4 times they’ve messed up payments.) All this has left us completely broke for the duration of our trip to see our son that just became a soldier. We’ve called and we can’t get anything resolved. If you decide to stay here, just watch your bank account. I can assure you we will never stay at a Holiday Inn again just for this simple reason.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The property is in need of an update. Upon entering the hotel it was dirty, and had an odor. Our room had a weird smell. The walls were scuffed and chipped and there were crumbs everywhere. The bathroom had a gassy odor and needed a good cleaning.

We chose this hotel because it was relatively close to our son's house. We thought the breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately for us there were no handicapped accessible rooms available when we checked in. My wife has Parkinson's and is very unstable on her feet. The bathroom had no grab bars of any sort, so it was a bit dangerous. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Great place!
Clean, friendly staff, and well stocked. We will return here again, like we do every year. It IS a bit noisy, as there are a good number of people who forget that others are wanting to sleep at midnight, and it's near the interstate so some traffic noise, but the hotel itself is clean and nice.

It was amazing. Very clean and the staff was amazing. The beds were very very comfortable and they gave us directions to Fort Jackson for family day and Graduation! Differently recommend!
