Very basic, nice room and clean. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and a bottled water in a paper bag. Don't suggest staying on second floor, you can hear every step on the floor above you. Facility was clean.

Looks like recently remodeled from perhaps apts or townhomes. Spacious room. Super clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable and so were the pillows. There was only one garbage bin, no towel holders. But that did not bother me. Enjoyed my stay.

Bare bones hotel. Hotel smelled of weed and curry. Hotel advertised breakfast and pool. Not breakfast or even an area out side of ones own room to congregate and pool was closed with a sign from DEHEC. Staff was friendly and pleasant. No luggage carts. It was concerning that you could walk in the front door and access rooms without going trough reception. Hotel did not feel safe.

The hotel itself is very nice and the room was very beautiful. Upon arrival I was greeted professionally and the gentleman made my check in very simple. My room was newly renovated. There was no bugs or any unpleasant smells throughout the room/hotel. I would definitely come again and recommend to others.

The room was so spacious we had multiple beds with a kitchenette and big open area. So much dining around, fun park, and less than 10 min to the Riverbanks Zoo. Would stay here again!

The staff was charming and gracious in helping with any of our needs. The hotel had a mixture of smells that were not pleasant. The surrounding areas did offer lots of places to eat and shop. We were not expecting 5-stars but there were a few things that could have been done, better.

Worth a stay
Hotel was renovated and lots of new a fresh paint. No breakfast at this time. Bed in room was comfortable, but desk chair was not. A comfortable sitting chair is needed. Be aware of parking lot is littered with cigarette butts. No dedicated area to smoke and not butt can. Not appealing

Stark, the rooms were stark. The TV was a "smart" TV - way too smart for me, it was really a PIA. No handrails in bathroom, no towel racks, it just need a little more time and comfort features.

Hotel was fine and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room (205) however had a very pungent odor to it. Similar to bad b.o.. AC was not open, so as the room cooled down the odor became less noticeable or our noses seared to the point we could detect the order as much. My wife refused to walk around the room without her shoes on. Too, did get the room cleaned but they did not leave replacement towels. From the pictures, the rooms look awesome and parts are good, other parts still need attention to detail.
