The young lady with a pixie cut. Love her she made checking in easy and she had an positive attitude. My spouse and I enjoyed our but there were two minor issues. One of the was that they're were strains of hair on the floor and the other was that we had a late check out and housekeeping came to our door several times telling us that we needed to check out. We told him that we had a late check out but he was persistent and came to our room again telling us to check out. So my spouse and I got dressed and checked out. Which I forgot to tell the lady at the desk because I was trying to catch up with my spouse outside. Which she said that she was disappointed about that. Being that it was our first time at Quality.

The Front Desk Clerk was awesome. She was pleasant, personable and informative. The room was nice, clean and spacious. But, there was no iron or ironing board. No towel holders in the bathroom and nothing to hold on to or support you while in the shower. Other than that, the stay was good!

I enjoyed my stay. Things were quite nice in fact. I didn't appreciate the fact the cleaning crew. They tried to gain access into my room. Ignoring the do not disturb sign. I thought if I needed anything I can ask. So why not just follow the paperwork of what the room schedules are...
