Room reeked of smoke. It said smoke free. Tv did not work at all. Cockroach crawled on me while laying in bed. Giant hair ball on the floor in the bathroom. Door lock was broken. Rug was disgusting. I could go on and on. Ive never left a room after 1 night. But im surprisedi even stayed the 1 night. Dont do it. .

It was bad only two good thing was the bed was comfortable. The office staff was nice and friendly. Filthy rooms, smily bad like smoke,door broke and lock one of family member in room. That just to start.

Was very disappointing property. Unkempt room. Dirty, broken toilet seat and tank lid, holes in the wall in bathroom, non functioning smoke alarm and a dead roach in my bed!

You get what you pay for
The room was clean, but there was a pervasive smell of stale tobacco and cigarette burn marks on furniture and the side of the tub. The door had been kicked in at some point in the past and the ceiling was stained. The front desk host was pleasant to talk to. It was great to be only 5 minutes from Ft. Jackson for BCT graduation with Walmart and food nearby. We were only in the room to sleep and shower and then gone again.

Was not cleaned good. Furniture was outdated looked water logged. Accidentally booked a smoking room that was my fault but still should be cleaned and also killed 3 roach bugs. If it was not for my sons Army Graduation i would have left and came back home but toughed it out

The first night our beds weren't made and the cleaning lady left no clean towels. And I'm not sure is she even cleaned the room.The 2nd day our maid was the Cuban lady she was wonderful she made the beds, cleaned the bathroom and the bed room. The entire room looked amazing. You could tell it was cleaned. And she left us towels. She did a nice job. She should train the other staff on how to clean a guest room. The hallway rug on 2nd floor was discusting. The rug looked dirty and has hugh stains. It needs to be replaced. It's a shame this could be a great motel. The outside looks good. The area is great. The front desk staff is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. It's at walking distance to everything. It could be a 5 star motel if you replaced the rugs and updated the faucets in the sink and maybe shined the floors in the room. You can do it a littat a time. And you would have an amazing place.

Put it this way I should not have to pay full amount first room found on dead roach in bathroom an one live roach an the air conditioner dirty stink a over fell off 2nd room dirty an air conditioner filter dirty I ask if they could put clean towel in they didn’t the room dirty mic dirty wet floor under sink The place needed a VERY VERY good up to date cleaning repairs an I mean it…… everything on ur side and there site was FALSE ADVERTISING I couldn’t have found a replacement hotel or motel at the last minute for the event I was going to To me I shouldn’t even have to pay the full amount we didn’t even sleep that much
