A little worried about the reviews regarding roaches, however my family’s stay here was great! Everything was clean and comfortable, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Put it this way I should not have to pay full amount first room found on dead roach in bathroom an one live roach an the air conditioner dirty stink a over fell off 2nd room dirty an air conditioner filter dirty I ask if they could put clean towel in they didn’t the room dirty mic dirty wet floor under sink The place needed a VERY VERY good up to date cleaning repairs an I mean it…… everything on ur side and there site was FALSE ADVERTISING I couldn’t have found a replacement hotel or motel at the last minute for the event I was going to To me I shouldn’t even have to pay the full amount we didn’t even sleep that much

We selected this hotel thinking we would get what we saw on pictures. Something simple for a 2 night stay and it was a nightmare. It felt like someone somked a cigarette before us coming in. There was dust everywhere, the bathroom curtain had mold, there we roaches, towels were stained, bed sheets were stained. We have to go to walmart and buy cleaning supplies to make it more comfortable for the second night. The worst part is that there were no ther rooms available and all hotels in the area were booked due to a basic training graduation.

Bed sheets had stains, it was a smoking room there were cigarette butts around the floor giant stains on the chairs. Would not stay at a super 8 again.
