Nothing, place was absolutely horrible, I don't think they changed the sheets , hair in the bed, hair in the bathroom. Than the clerk, or the guy at the front desk wasn't professional. We just packed up and left. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I will never book with this chain again.

Budget hotel with cleanness issues
The location is very good, close to almost everything: gas stations, restaurants, Walmart etc.. The staff is very friendly. However, the cleanness is problematic: two towels have yellow stains, and the mesh back of the chair filled with something unknown.

Hotel.com needs to update rating.. False advertising.. Room smelled like a dirty stinky mop, Very noisy semi idling close to room for 9 hrs, 2 days straight, Continental hot breakfast was not edible.. sausage and potatoes were burnt.. Lady at the desk said she couldnt do anything about it.. Never again!!

First non-smoking room smelled of smoke so strongly it made my eyes water upon entering the room. A terrible mold/mildew odor was also present. Nice staff gave us a new non-smoking room that also smelled strongly of smoke and mildew odor. Ever so slightly less than the first room. Very damp in both rooms. We paid for non-refundable and it was already after 1am so we just stayed in the second room figuring it wasn't going to improve.

The room had a smell! The toilet did not flush. The blow dryer did not work and came out of the wall as if it was not secure. At 8am the smoke detector went off. Not the most comfortable stay/ I’ve stayed at this location before but the room gives not clean or defective rooms or furniture.

Not horrible, but I expected better from BW
Nervous at first, because clerk couldn't find my reservation. The room wasn't horrible, but I really expected better from a Best Western. Noisy, squeaky bed. No working vending machines. Not dirty, but smelly. No full breakfast - ended up with juice & muffins. Disappointed.
