Our room wa right next to the elevator, litereally. Our room shared a wall with the elevator shaft so any time the elevator was going up or dow, we could hear it. In addition to that we heard every ding when the elevatoe arrrive and every conversation guests were having while wating. We arrived very late at night and were hoping to sleep in, but since the next morning was a football Saturday, people stating using rhe elevator at 6 a.m. Staff was not friendly or helpful when we had questions about getting around Columbus. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was passable.

The front desk team is very loud and rude, when I check in I told the clerk that I had a service dog and the next day one of the clerks saw me coming in with my dog and she call my room to tell me to head back up to the front desk and pay $25 as a pet fee!! And when I explained to her that my dog is a service dog and I said to her that I can email her my dog service paperwork she just hung up on me… very rude!!!!

It was a very quick overnight stay from 9:30 pm - 6:00am but from what we experienced it was pleasant. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and efficient, the room was very clean and well stocked, my husband did not like the fact that he couldn’t turn the AC down to subzero degree temperatures I however thought it was fine. We grabbed a yogurt a banana on our way out but the continental breakfast looked to be your average free breakfast options.

There was a fly problem in and around the property and some spots had lacked cleanliness in our room, our comforter had a huge hole ripped in it thankfully we brought our own blankets. There was constant noise with people coming in and out and the expressway nextdoor, overall the stay was okay for a place to sleep.
