Very clean hotel
The hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable. Took a long time to get the shower water hot enough. My 2 complaints: there was no food, besides breakfast in the hotel. There was a bar/lounge, but it was not in operation. We had to walk 2 hotels over to get dinner. #2 - there was a shuttle that could take you to only 2 local restaurants. But there seemed to be confusion if you could take the shuttle to other local spots.

I typically only use this hotel for overnight stays before my flights, but the service has always been excellent. Since I normally book a suite, the size is perfect for 3 travelers, and the convenient locations of nearby restaurants outside of McDonald's helps, too. The overnight parking is also a very helpful option offered by the hotel, and is arguably more cost-effective(?) than the airport garage or its walking lot.

1.Room is good.Check in staff ok 2.Parking in gravel lot far from hotel is not cool at $10/day 3.Waited more than 20 minutes at airport in cold weather on Sunday night (11/17/24 from 11:07-11:30) for shuttle/had to call multiple times.The driver argued that he came and didn’t see us which is not true.We stood there asking every white vehicle if it is Fairfield pick up(one driver said look for white van)
