The staff was so nice and welcoming. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were ok. Pillows were good. It was super loud in the pool area. No hot tub. Breakfast had a large variety and it was pretty good.

It was a very nice hotel and stay and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. My only real observation that was slightly critical was that the carpet in my room was damp in a couple spots when I checked in.

Took 20 minutes to check in because they required a damage deposit but their computer system wouldn’t work correctly to accept the deposit. Desk clerk was kind and apologetic. Ice machine was broken. Cleanliness was ok. Tv slow and older but passable.

I booked a room and it was not the same room as your website showed me. So we were very uncomfortable in the smaller room. I was supposed to have a separate living area with huge table according to the picture that was posted. So I have reached out to them for some type of refund.
