The employee was kind and came and wiped off the desk and table that wasn't clean in the room. The coffee/hot water in the dining area wasn't full throughout the day, and the heater was loud. It was still a decent stay since breakfast was good, and it's near restaurants and other hotels.

Best in a LONG while for the price.
One of the best we’ve stayed in quite a while. Severely amenities offered that we were grateful for. Fantastic breakfast with an abundance of options offered. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Decently equipped gym. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend and wish all hotels were as nice for the price.

Awful hotel and awful staff
The people above us were up stomping around ALL night. I called the front desk twice to let them know but it still continued literally all night. When I went to talk to the front desk this morning, the guy working told me I should have kept calling them to tell them. I told him I already called twice but was exhausted and trying to sleep in between the noise when I could. They should have monitored the issue rather than me having to be more inconvenienced than I already was. After a day at the zoo, we had a 4 hour drive home on no sleep so that was fun. Will never go there again and will tell everyone I know about my experience.

There wasn’t enough lighting in room,especially in coffee and fridge area. Needs to be brighter. Closet needs lighting too. Bathroom sink water never got warm even after letting it run. Could use a hook on back of bath door to hang a robe or towel. Workout room ran out of wipes so we couldn’t wipe off equipment. Microwave in dining area was very dirty inside and countertop. The tables weren’t wiped off when looking for a table. Pancake machine is nice and they were very good. Sausages needed to be cooked a bit more. The room was very clean and comfortable and we liked the window shades instead of bulky drapes. It would be nice to have laundry bags available in rooms. At the o Back exit along highway side, the concrete blends in with parking area and is easily missed that it drops odd. I did that and am recovering from a knee replacement and could’ve landed on my knee which could’ve been a bad situation. It needs a reflective paint so a person realizes it steps down. I told desk person about it but am not sure he understood my concern.
