The hotel is relatively new, and very clean. The bed was excellent. The property is adjacent to an industrial area, and faces a major traffic artery, but is within a residential complex of apartments and condos. The breakfast selection was less varied than at other Home 2 Suites. The parking lot was large and well lighted.

Very clean and comfortable. Didn’t seem to have anything we needed however… conditioner, Tylenol/motrin, and extra pillows and linens were hard to come by.

Bad Odor in Bathroom
The bathroom in my room had a really bad odor that was quite repulsing. I reported it to the front desk clerk and asked for someone to come and check to see where the odor was coming from (ceiling vent maybe?). No one ever came to check this out during my stay. I reported it again to the front desk clerk as I was checking out.

Not a pleasant experience
The check in process was very terrible; it took more than half hour and they did not have the room that I requested (room with two queen beds). They gave us an extra room which was useless for us because we have kids. The hotel room is very expensive for Columbus. Breakfast was just average
