The location is PERFECT The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. One on the two elevators was out of service and the other was VERY slow. This made it difficult for me (and the swarm of 7-10 year guests in town for a soccer tournament) to enter and exit the hotel.

The hotel has only elevator working, housekeeping is worse, they are not on unifand when you tried to talk to theme they will always said to contact the front desk, Hotel is crowded. Front desk staff are nice

Our room was never cleaned during our stay. We had to ask for towels everyday. When we got there they charged my card 150 bucks for accidents and I haven’t gotten it back yet but when we got to the room the remote was broken the couch cushions were stained and in the floor and there was hair all in the sink and bathtub.

Stayed two nights requested additional towels the second day from front desk. I never got them. Used the pool the second night. Pool lights were never turned on either inside the pool or around the pool.
