We stay here every time we plan a trip to COSI and The Columbus Zoo! Always a great place to stay. Only downside is there’s always a wedding or something going on.

The property is stunning. The dining area is quite nice however, the breakfast menu could be much improved. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk staff is pleasant enough but they do not go out of their way to fulfill requests. The workout area is state-of-the-art (including several Lateral X machines). I will stay here every time I come through Ohio however, I wish that breakfast were more enjoyable.
