Comfortable, cozy 1 bedroom suite

We are located on the east end of manning park provincial park at East gate. approximately 19km, 11 minute drive from manning park ski Resort . This is a rural area. If you love the outdoor than you will like it here. The location of the establishment is right off the #3 Crowsnest Highway. There is hiking trails, fishing , clean rivers, lakes, and Manning park resort nearby. ( please research before coming ) .

There is up to 4 suites available for renting. ( total of 14 people.) if you wish to rent more than one suite, possibly a family gathering, contact us on our webpage( Manning Park East Lodge) and will help you set up your Vrbo booking to suet our needs.

the only restaurant near us is at the Manning Park Resort, so bring food. There is a gas station/ convenience store only a 2 minute drive.
There is limited to no cell service at this location. WIFI is available via satellite. not good for gaming.

Summer activities include relaxing in the great outdoors, hiking, biking, canoe, fishing, swimming.

Winter activities outside your doorstep- snowshoeing, cross country skiing.
Aprox. 15 minutes from us-down hill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, snowshoeing, at manning park resort.

* winter conditions can change fast, must have snow tires to travel this highway. highway does close when weather very bad due to mother nature and accidents .

The unit is a 1 bedroom suites with a main room and bedroom, bathroom.
bathroom-no bathtub, just shower. has supplied toilet paper, towels, hand soap, bath soap.
main room- tv, bell satellite , queen size hide a bed couch(sleeps 2), small table, chairs, mini fridge, small kitchenette with cutlery, cups, plates, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, sink. no cook top or hot plate
bedroom- queen bed, end tables.
There is a outside barbecue area available.
There is a propane firepit area available.

15 minutes from entrance Manning Park Ski resort
Clean and nicely appointed unit. All the towels, pillows and blankets, dishes and cutlery are there. Just 15 minutes to the entrance to the ski hill. Good communication with the host. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place and extremely convenient for Manning Park. Ric was available when he was needed, which was extremely little. The place was ready to go, quiet and like I said convenient. Our family of four had a fantastic four nights at Eastgate! The property is extremely well organized and clean, and Ric was an excellent communicator. We loved being close to Manning Park while also feeling away from it all. The barbecue area was awesome too. Can’t say enough about this place!

Manning Eastgate stay
Our family enjoyed our time skiing and snowshoeing in Manning park. Eastgate was a great alternative as it is close by. The immediate area was pleasant. The property was well kept and up to date and by utilizing the covered BBQ area it was easy enough to eat in for the three nights we were there.

Lovely accommodation near Manning Park. We were four adults in a one bed with fold out couch. The suite was spotlessly clean and well equip for 4 people. The kitchenette was handy to prepare food basic food. There is a lovely outdoor area to the side of the property which is covered over. It has bbqs, picnic tables, benches and a fire pit. I was so nice to sit around the fire pit with friends while is snowed around us. Check in was simple with an automated keypad but Ric was there when we arrived to ensure easy check in. Communication with Ric was prompt and easy. One thing to mention is that there is very little cell service on the road to the accommodation so make sure you take note of the exact location before you head off. We arrived in a snow storm and it would have been super easy to miss. Highly recommend this place and hope to visit again soon

Stayed here with a few friends for the weekend. The property was very nice and it's located very close to FSRs for hiking. The property manager was helpful and made sure we had what we needed. I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.
