The property was generally good. Initially confused about the kitchen arrangement as this was not clear in the information about the accommodation. We did find that the kitchen was ok but lacked an oven as the microwave was small for cooking larger dishes. We also found a lack of some cutlery like tea spoons and forks and knives for preparing meals. We only found a bread knife.
The bedroom was a good size and clean on the surface of visible areas but under the bed was very dusty and the top of the wardrobe.
It would be helpful to also include instructions on the amenities like the window shutters and the air conditioning as we didn’t get this working.

Generally speaking the property was fine. However with the following issues: this property had shutters which we could not lift up to allow in light so we were in the dark all the time with lights on during the day when we there and further the shutters were very dirty and needed cleaning. The towels provided were very thin and it was very difficult to air them dry. There was no safe. Also insect spray should be provided in the property

Id Karten fotografieren Uns Fotografieren alles in die App laden bekammen SMS und E Mails in falscher Sprache mit Anweisungen Vor Ort mussten wir jemanden anrufen weil wir die Türe nicht öffnen konnten es wird verlangt die Türe mit der App zu öffnen wir hatten sehr viel Aerger damit leider war auf ihrer Seite nirgends vermerkt ,dass es dort keine Rezeption gibt wenn wir das alles gewusst hätten, wir hätten das niemals gebucht das Ganze war sehr ärgerlich und wir hatten auch noch Telefonkosten auf dem fremden Netz.
