The room was smaller than I expected. Breakfast was excellent ,and support staff (Rod) helped make our stay enjoyable. I booked the online room expecting a lake view but received a partial 45 degree view of Lake Como. Very disappointed. Daniel at the front desk made checking in a very unpleasant ordeal.

The Palace was conveniently located to the train staton and Lake Como. The rooms were well appointed and the morning breakfast was wonderful and delicious. It was a delight to stay there and have easy access to all that Como offers!

This hotel is really well located. I think for the price I expected more. Really clean room and beautiful view. The staff was incredible they helped with transportation and boating options. The Garden had great food and drink options. Unfortunately when we were there the pond in the front of the hotel was disgusting looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. We ended up mentioning something and the next day they were cleaning it.

The only complaint about this hotel, and this might be my imagination, but it seemed to be difficult for taxis to get to it. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. I’d stay here again
