The Lighthouse Cottage in Concarneau dates back to 1858. Quality renovation, solid parquet flooring, stone, cement tiles, oak kitchen, offering all the comforts of a modern home. Private garden of 400 m between the terrace and the sea.
The lighthouse house has only one goal: to become your own family home for a few days or a longer vacation. The privileged location of this house, with a plunging view of the sea, offers a permanent spectacle, always different according to the hours, the tides, the luminosity, the boats entering and leaving the port.
South-west facing, the sunsets face the terrace and the master bedroom.10' walk to the walled town (built by Vauban with its narrow cobbled streets, restaurants and shops) via the ferry that crosses the channel. 200m away is a sandy beach wedged between rocks, with a footpath nearby.
On the ground floor, the fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room with a table seating 8, the living room with Chesterfield sofa and armchair, bookcase, wood-burning stove, LED TV, satellite channels (French, German and English), DVD player and a large window. Bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 washbasins; separate WC.
Second floor: 1 sea-view bedroom with 180x200 bed,
1 bedroom with either 1 bed 180x190 or 2 beds 90x190; 1 walk-in shower, 1 vanity unit. 1 separate WC. 3 rd bedroom, bed 160x190, located outside the house in the former lighthouse powder magazine.

Fantastische Lage
Die Aussicht und die Lage sind eindeutig spitze. Das Haus ist auch toll. Leider roch die Küche und vor allem das kleine Nebengebäude etwas nach Schimmel. Die Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus sind super.

Leuchtturmhaus in Concarneau
Etwas ganz Besonderes ist dieses Leuchtturmhaus. Mit unserem Hund war es der perfekte Aufenthalt da das Grundstück vollständig eingezäunt ist. Der GR 35 geht direkt am Haus vorbei und ist traumhaft schön. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber.

Wunderschöne Lage
Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit einem spektakulären Ausblick vom Garten aus! Leider war das Haus nicht zufriedenstellend gereinigt (Hundefutter unter dem Sofa und unter einem Bett. Die Fenster hätten dringend einer Reinigung bedurft. der Staubsauger war randvoll und stank nach Hund, Abfluss im unteren Bad verstopft und Backofen nicht zu benutzen) Die Gartenmöblierung entsprach nicht den Fotos der Anzeige. Der Vermieter hatte für unsere Beschwerden ein offenes Ohr und beseitigte die Verstopfung im Bad umgehend und installierte einen komplett neuen Backofen. Der Vermieter war stets sehr freundlich, trotzdem war es nicht so wie man es im Urlaub antreffen möchte.

Lieu avec vue magnifique
Maison très fonctionnelle et adaptée à une famille. Emplacement exceptionnel. Pour des jeunes enfants, prévoir que la 3e chambre est dans une maisonnette indépendante jouxtant presque la principale, et sans toilettes. Pour notre ado, pas de problème. Excellent séjour et propriétaire très cordial.

schön restauriertes historisches Haus in Vorort von Concarneau
Insgesamt sehr schönes, gemütliches Haus. Der Garten war leider noch nicht gemacht, viel Unkraut, es wurde aber gemäht. Die Agentur hat sich dafür auch entschuldigt. Schöner wäre es natürlich gewesen, wenn schon Rasen angelegt gewesen wäre. Ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Sessel antik und nicht sehr bequem. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit wäre schön gewesen.

Un super séjour en famille
Maison trés agreable et idéalement située au bord du GR34 et a proximité immediate de la plage (a 1 mn) et de la ville close (a 10mn) à pied. Nous avons largement profité et apprécié les différentes terrasses exterieures avec une meteo qui nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas dehors face a la mer. Le petit plus : les 2 vélos et le kayak pour les excursions, par exemple vers le cabellou.

Die Lage des Hauses ist großartig. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Bucht von Concarneau. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der Terasse entspannen und dabei die Aktivitäten des Hafens beobachten. Bis wir allerdings das Haus und die Terasse geniessen konnten, mussten wir erst einmal das Haus sauber machen. Die Agentur entschuldigte sich, teilte aber dann nur mit, dass unsere Beschwerden an die Vertretung der eigentlichen Putzfrau weitergeleitet werden. Der auf den Bilder wunderschön wirkende Garten und die Terassen hatten offenbar schon längere Zeit keine Pflege mehr erhalten. Statt der schönen grünen Wiese war lediglich eine braune mit Unkraut überwucherte Fläche vorhanden. Von der Agentur wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Zustand des Gartens bekannt sei und dieser im Herbst neu angelegt werde. Eine Nutzung des Gartens kam während unseres Aufenthalts jedenfalls nicht in Betracht, für unsere Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern eine erhebliche Beeinträchtigung. Außerdem mussten wir die Terasse erst einmal von Unkraut befreien. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war in Ordnung, wies allerdings einige Gebrauchspuren auf, die auch auf den Bildern so nicht erkennbar waren. Insgesamt müssen wir für uns feststellen, dass wir uns von dem Haus in Anbetracht des aufgerufenen Mietpreises mehr erwartet hatten.

Tolles gepflegtes Haus in optimaler Lage
Das Haus liegt in einer sensationellen Aussichtslage auf die Hafeneinfahrt von Concarneau. Es hat sehr viel Charme, es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es fehlt nichts! Der Garten und die Sonnenterasse sind riesig. Die Betten sind sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind von guter Qualität. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und reagiert sofort. Wir haben eine tolle Woche dort verbracht und viele wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder sind sehr nützlich, mit der Hafenfähre ist man in 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Wir hoffen bald mal wieder dorthin zu kommen.

Unschlagbare Lage!

Ein Traum am Meer
Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Sogar zwei Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist die Altstadt von Concarneau in 15 min. erreichbar. Der Küstenpfad direkt am Haus eignet sich gut zum Spazieren gehen oder joggen. Das Leuchtturmwärterhaus ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder!
