The property is nice, costumer Services they take forever to answer the phone they don’t have enough shower chairs for disabled people, cleaning room you have to request a day in advance, I requested mine and they never went to clean it

Lovely hotel with a nice store with food, drinks, alcohol and necessities. Delicious breakfast included with the stay. Only complaint was a black hair in the shower with a leaky faucet. The shower curtain liner was dirty at the bottom.

Room itself is very large. We got the two bedroom suite. There were some tacks in the walls and what looked like coffee stains. Very light you really didn’t notice them unless you were close. I just happen to notice them because I decorated the room for a sleepover for my daughter, sweet 16 Birthday. The beds were very clean. The space was large enough. The room sleeps six comfortably, but you probably can get more with the sleeper couch in the living room. Had a nice view. The parking situation is horrible. You either have to pay $30 for valet parking or you have to pay for personal parking which is up to $24 daily. I would definitely suggest finding parking elsewhere if you can. There is a BART parking structure across the street, but if you want to Gamble that’s up to you. The staff was great. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel used to be a nice place to visit partly because the inside had paths and water features, plants and fish. With the remodel it become a very sterile looking place that has no character. Next time you remodel, put more effort into cleaning up the rooms rather than changing what makes these hotels stand out from the crowd. Disappointed

Loved our stay! Staff was friendly and helpful, brekfast was great, and loved the complimentary cocktail hour. Room was clean, though maybe slightly worn, but still met our needs. Note $30/night charge for valet parking. Would stay again!

We spent 3 days in the hotel. The room was decorated in black and grey and therefore very dark and cave like. It was clean. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The bathroom was small, but adequate. However the towel rack placement meant the towels hung over the toilet. The room was on the end of the hall and therefore very quiet. We had an issue with the ac being too cool. Once it was reported it was fixed promptly by very courteous staff. The breakfast was good with a great selection. The melon was green-very disappointing for California. The location was great if you want to travel North or South.There wasn't on street parking in the area so the valet service was required. The valet staff was extremely courteous.
