The park are unable to accommodate any commercial vehicles parked at the lodges. If this applies please leave them at the reception.
Wi-Fi is available at a charge, however it is slower than a landline Wi-Fi signal as the trees can sometimes disrupt the strength. Wi-Fi at Ladera is very intermittent so please be aware of this before arrival.

Please note a security deposit of £250, payable directly to the park via bank transfer, is required prior to arrival. A representative from the park will contact you to arrange payment

Arrival Information
Check in is between 4pm - 6.30pm, if you are going to arrive after 6.30pm please call the park to arrange.

Facilities
Please be aware that your hot tub may not be up to optimum temperature on your day of arrival due to water change and maintenance.
Please be aware this park is Adults Only - No Children
Park DOES NOT groups under 25 (unless by request) stag or hen parties are not permitted at any time
