It's reasonably clean and convenient. The staff is friend helpful. There was a tic tac toe game in the lobby my nephew loved... It's not quiet, but sometimes that's the price you pay for convenience.

Great service
Staff allowed us to checkin early. We were staying to do Oilman triathlon and staff allowed us to get breakfast a half hour early and gave us an hour late checkout. We'll be back!

Outside and lobby is fine. Requested to change rooms because of a large dog barking soon as I checked in next to 116. Not sure room 122 has not been used in a long time or is a back flow but dead roach, bathtub was not cleaned and outlet is falling out. Management is aware of the outlet issues. Overpriced for the condition. It is an older hotel, I think I am going to stay away from hotels that enter from the outside. Possibly why the roach entered the room. Also a field vacant in the back that was over grown maybe that is the problem. I usually don’t write a bad review and I’m not a picky person per se.

Good stay
We had a wedding at The Farmhouse and needed a hotel instead of Airbnb type. This was one of three options that I could find closest to the venue (Super 8 and Margaritaville). We had several rooms booked and they were all clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. The front desk staff was friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was good. We hung at the pool late into the evenings which was nice they stayed open. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast at BW and the waffle was delicious.
