This is a very tired property that badly needs renovation. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was in poor condition. Several light bulbs were off, one of the bedroom carpets had a huge rip and there was a dead roach in a bedroom. The lights in the parking lot did not work and even though the general area is very safe, one felt unsafe walking on the property grounds. The breakfast was fine and check in service was acceptable in friendliness and speed. Definitely do not recommend this property as there are so many other hotel brands around with newer modern facilities

We had a wonderful stay. The room was everything we needed for 2 adults and 4 kids. Extra plus that they had a gym and I was the only one using it 2 days in a row.

First time staying at this Residence in and the employees really made the difference. I was impressed with how customer centric and gracious they were. The customer appreciation activities they did were so nice and really made the trip more enjoyable than just a hotel stay I would absolutely stay there again every time I go to the woodlands

Pretty run of the mill
We needed a place to stay to attend a family funeral. This location was close to the church and had enough space to fit 4 comfortably in 1 room. The only knock I had during our stay was the bed and the rude awakening we got from the garbage truck emptying the dumpster at 6:30AM, right outside of our window. I get that it’s not the fault of the hotel but annoying nonetheless. On the flip side, the staff was very friendly!
