You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
45' Crooked Lake Frontage + Dog Friendly
45' on CROOKED LAKE + a BIKE TRAIL out your back door. The perfect location for your home away from home. Full bed in bedroom plus a a sleeper sofa allowing for two extra guests. A covered porch offers great views of Crooked Lake. The home is located on US31, which divides the home and water.
·Go by boat through the Inland Waterway
·Endless miles on the bike trail starting on the North Western State Trail
·Kayaks (2) & Bicycles (2) included
As your property manager, I live and work locally and am available if something arises.
We allow one dog, preferably under 40 lbs and ask that you follow a few simple rules:
·Dog must be kenneled if left in the house alone. Please bring your own kennel.
·No dogs on the furniture or bedding.
·Dog waste cleanup is the responsibility of the owner
·Dogs must be pre-approved, with paid fee. Please note them in your reservation request.
·No cats
Things to note before booking:
·The bedroom is located upstairs, you will need to climb stairs
·The unit sleeps 4 guests total, two in bed and two on pull out couch (best suited for children, as this is a normal pull out)
·Pets are not permitted without selecting them on your reservation + paying an additional fee. Dogs only.
·This is a duplex, however you can expect privacy during your stay
-If you book on VRBO/HomeAway, or direct we can not refunded booking or processing fees.

Fabulous place - great location
Beautiful home - great porch to watch the lake and drink coffee in the morning. Back yard is perfect too. House very clean and stocked with everything. The location is perfect. We visited Petoskey, Mackinaw, Traverse City, Harbor Springs. Visiting Petoskey vineyard for wine, pizza and the view is a must.
