Free breakfast made it worth it. The hot tub didn’t work, plus it’s disconnected from the building they had booked me in so to get to the pool/ht,I would have had to walk in the cold to get to and from. Walkable to a grand Union and a very short drive to cooperstown. Also, wish the room was cleaner when we arrived. Decent for the cost value

The owner is rude and did not apologize. He argued with me when I told him the bed was not made properly - it did not have a blanket or comforter. I had to go to the front desk in my pajamas to get a blanket. I would not recommend stating there because If you look at the other reviews you can see how argumentative he is and never apologizes.

We did not spend much time in the room, but it certainly met our needs. I booked a two-night stay, so I wasn't expecting the cleaning service to attend to the room during the day of our 2nd night. That was nice. My friend didn't like the breakfasts but it was fine for me. Overall, I would stay here again if I had the opportunity.

The room was nice. The beds were a little firm, but that is subjective. We woke up with no hot water. When I asked at the desk, the receptionist said an element in the motel’s water heater failed, affecting the whole place. While things happen in life, I felt there could have been better communication on the part of this establishment.

Hotel was fine. The noise from the hallways was louder than expected, the bathroom floor was sticky. We found the internet access to be unstable and the tv was not able to cast to our devices. The bed was comfortable which is a good thing! The soap was nasty - like a chemical burn.
