Newly remodeled with plenty of space for you, your family and friends, Brathouse by the Sea is close enough to the beach you'll be able to play in the sand and surf from sun up to sun down.

ABOUT BRATHOUSE BY THE SEA

The owners of Brathouse by the Sea have poured a lot of love into this house and offer it for vacation rental hoping you'll enjoy it has much as they do.

Located on a small road, Brathouse by the Sea feels remote, but it's just ten minutes from Ocean Shores. There's a trail to the canal (Connor's Creek - great for kayaking) and a footbridge to the ocean is just a short drive away, so it's easy to get out to the water.

Outside, you'll find the deck with gas barbeque and outdoor furniture provides an inviting space for grilling your meals while enjoying the peekaboo ocean views and sounds of the surf. It's also a fantastic place to take in the legendary sunsets the Washington beaches are known for.

Inside, there's a generously-sized living room with stone fireplace, two queen-sized sofa beds (one upstairs and one downstairs) and huge windows perfect for a little stargazing. The adjacent kitchen has a full complement of up-to-date appliances - refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher - plus coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender and toaster. Plenty of pots, pans and dinnerware are also provided.

Two bedrooms downstairs - one with a queen, one with a full - are perfect for the kids or friends. The upstairs bedroom features a four-poster queen, so you'll feel like royalty when you climb into bed.

The den downstairs is the perfect place to get cozy and take in a movie with friends and family on the smart TV.

For a little extra sleeping space, there's also a full-sized futon in the loft. Clean, fluffy linens are provided for all the beds. If you're using the sofas or futon, you'll need to bring your own linens for those additional sleeping spaces.

A shower/tub combo in one bathroom and a standalone shower in the second bathroom guarantee that even larger groups will have no trouble washing the sand off after a day spent on the beach. Plush towels for both bathrooms are provided. In addition, there's a large capacity, stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Dogs are most welcome with a per pet, per day fee.

While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.

Good for clamming
The location is nice, it’s outside of town so it’s quiet. Close enough to the beach access. House overall is dated and needs renovation. Kitchen is well stocked but everything needed washing before use. House needs at least a major and thorough deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay but would try a different place next time.

We loved our stay here.
We loved our stay here. The house and location did not disappoint us at all. We had most of what we needed. It was clean and supplied with all the kitchen necessities we needed. The walking path from the back yard really didn't go anywhere but all was good. We just went down the street to the walking path and bridge to access the beach. It was so handy to have all the switches and items marked to what light and such it goes to. Communication with the office was so easy for any check in and check out questions. We would gladly stay with By the Sea homes again. My favorite management team yet.

We had a ladies’ retreat at the Brathouse. It was easy to check in and out. It was pretty clean but had a few cobwebs. Plenty of room for 11 to stay comfortably. Easy to get to the beach walking on the road. We would stay there again.

Great place!
My family (mom, sisters, brother-in-law) had planned to go to Maui for a week but due to the devastating wildfire, we decided to go to the ocean in our state. We made last minute reservations and we are so glad this place was available. It was perfect! Tons of linens and the kitchen was very well supplied with numerous pots, pans, dishes and silverware. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was exactly as described and we had a wonderful time! We talked about making this spot an anual family vacation! Will definitely be back!

Main door does not close to large for opening. if the weathers change to damp you can’t get it closed happened to us one day. Ramps are too steep on damp weather is very scary getting up and down stairway going down to the next level inside are too steep the flat or the step is 8 inches or under. The ladder going up to the upper balcony is too steep not fasten down to anything to push it away from the wall no headroom and upper double bed up there the railing overlooking the living room is weak and scary. Ceiling height was too low too low for adults could not use that area up there adults had to share the room downstairs in the living room on couches. Outside walkway from parking lot to ramps cobblestone was so rough you can barely walk there very bad for your ankles or for any older adults to walk on. Master bedroom on main level, very uncomfortable to get in and out of bed because of the long railing on the edge of the mattress not much room for your feet on the floor need a better frame under the mattress . Upper bathroom no handrails by toilet very uncomfortable to try to stand up. Slider on tub only works from the bottom away from the controls on the shower. You have to be standing in when you turn. The water on. This is awful. No coffee filters or coffee. Had to go to the store. Buy paper towels not enough toilet paper downstairs. Downstairs bedroom away from stairs bedroom door doesn’t close. We do not recommend this house to anyone. Here’s.

Property Management Issues
House is exactly what we were wanting; great home with perfect location and beautiful views! Our issues are more with the property management company. After scheduling they completely ghosted us. There was a lot of emphasis put on the importance of the check-in and checkout checklists yet they were nowhere to be found and the company wouldn't return emails or calls. There are 2 TVs, 1 in the main bedroom and 1 in the downstairs family room - the TV remote for the family room is missing the rendering it completely useless unless you want to watch 1 of 5 VHS movies. Also, given the time of year having a fireplace was a deciding factor in our choosing this home but the fireplace doesn't work! There is a note from the propane company posted on the tank outside dated Nov. 2022 that it was shut off. The management staff was aware but didn't fix it or update the listing to say the fireplace is out of order. If we would have known we would have stayed elsewhere. Cleanliness was lacking especially for the steep cleaning price! The place hasn't been dusted in years and all non-carpet floors were very dirty with sand and dog hair. Immediately upon arrival I had to sweep the large entry/mud room and kitchen. We have an 18 month old who was also collecting random garbage and used masks from around the home. The more people, the higher the price even if you're well under the house limit of 12. Overall, the house was exactly what we wanted but the owners should probably be paying someone else to manage it!

Great Beach House
Perfect communication with hosts and a lovely stay in a Copalis Beach house. Would have liked to have used the fireplace, but it looks like it was out of gas when we came. No big deal, we talked, grilled, played games and looked out the telescope instead. Thank you for a great weekend!

Beautiful Spacious Setting!
We enjoyed our stay! The location and size of the home gave us plenty of room for our family. There were a list of rules that wwe abided by but not as many garbage bags, dishwasher soap etc as needed to keep up with the list of cleaning requirements though. We would stay again because of the space and the location.
