long birthday winter weekend stay

Great location with direct Metro connection to Nørreport from CPH but tucked away across from Rundetaarn. our stay included a colorful, comfortable, and educational room; a lovely breakfast combining buffet with al a carte. For the initial night, the room turned out to be a in a noisy location, but very understanding front desk staff moved us to a quieter and equally scenic, but more serene spot across from the church.

Such a lovely hotel! Loved everything about it, especially the gorgeous bar area. We used all the facilities and would highly recommend it and will definitely booking this chain again.

We were upgraded to a Large room which was very well appointed but there wasn’t a single place to hang or unpack clothes aside from two wall hooks. Coffee cups and kettle weren’t clean

Absolutely splendid.

A terrific and perfectly located hotel: five minutes’ walk from Nørreport Station, which is on the M2 from the airport and also has trains to the airport and beyond (including Sweden) and the S-tog local trains. Also in the same square as the Rundetårn. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Great breakfast, great central bar, lots of hip nooks and spaces. We’d definitely choose this hotel again.

Great location, wish there was housekeeping!

The hotel was located right next to the Round Tower and near many shops and retaurants. The decor and vibe of the hotel was cute, and the staff was friendly and hospitable. Pros: Location Cute vibe Nice staff- they stored our luggage when we arrived earlier than check-in time and called us a taxi to the airport when we left Spacious room, loved the partition of shower and toilet Cons: No housekeeping (our stay was three days and as many have noted, they don't clean your room for a three-day stay.) They did, however, bring up some towels and tp when we requested it. The room service was weird- we had to go down twice bring up our trays of food from Neni, and when we returned the trays (since we didn't want our room to smell), the restaurant staff was visibly irritated with us. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Comfortable hotel in a great part of the city

Nice stay, excellent location for exploring the city, great service from the staff, reasonably priced (for Copenhagen) drinks and food. My only real complaint is our room fronted onto the main street and it was frequently *very* noisy in the very early hours of the morning with either drunk people or insanely loud road sweepers and bin lorries. On the positive side the area was very clean! Oh, and the pillows were terrible, one wasn't enough and when I asked for another one (which to be fair was provided immediately) it was too many, my neck still isn't right! All of that said, I would absolutely stay there again but I'd ask for a room off the main road.

A beautifully decorated hotel with a very unique and artistic style throughout. The hotel is close to everything you could possibly need in Copenhagen, we walked to most of our destinations as it’s so centrally located. The hotel staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. We arrived too early for check-in and were able to leave our bags to collect later whilst we explored the city. Our room didn’t have any tea making facilities, but we were provided a tray with tea and coffee making facilities when we asked at reception. Whilst we didn’t take full advantage of the free wine and stocked mini-bar, it was really appreciated as a gesture. The only slight negative for our room would be the shower which was open to the bedroom with a frosted glass door, not a problem if you’re sharing with a partner but may be if you’re staying with someone who requires more privacy! We would definitely stay there again, it’s a stunning hotel and the staff were amazing.
