Lovely stay in a beautiful hotel, great location!
All the staff were great. The food at Donna was good not as great as expected. Ordered the seafood pasta which was overdone and had mushed together. The area in between the restaurants next to the lift to the right when entering was very confusing. We were told we could order drinks there but no one came to us. On every occasion we had to call someone over otherwise, they walked straight passed us. 2 things were missing from such a lovely hotel which seemed very odd, 1) slippers 2) a phone in the room (would have liked to order coffee)

Would book again for the breakfast
Loved the breakfast a lot lots of delicious options which is to be expected when the restaurant is part of cofoco. The bed was super comfy and the atmosphere was cozy and pleasant sadly the room was boiling hot, and the radiator did not turn off. There was a big smeared handprint across the bathroom wall that was kinda weird. The shower would make the entire room flood to the door because the drain didn’t work well.

Great hotel
Very cute hotel, excellent breakfast not a huge selection but very delicious good food. Same was for the restaurant in the evening not a huge menu but all was very delicious. The rooms were small but nice, their was no fridge in our room even if there was a cupboard where it normally would be. Hotel `I would highly recommend, the location also very central and nice.

Can't beat the location. The staff was great and very accommodating. The bike rentals were an important consideration for us and made for a great trip to Copenhagen. The room was spacious and cozy, definitely hyugge. The restaurant on-site was also great too. Highly recommend this property!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Felt safe. A bit loud in the morning. I think the rooms would benefit from reconfiguring the space - either adding some shelves/ hooks or pushing the bed against the wall. We got a double room for 2 people and were able to stay comfortably with 2 (US-size) carry-on suit cases and 2 large backpacks.

Great hotel with nice decor. Excellent front desk staff, couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. It is currently a little noisy if you face out onto the road as there is building works going on opposite, so maybe best to opt for an internal room or around the back. Also rooms could do with a fan as there is no air conditioning.

This was my first time in CPH and first of 4 days in a 2 week trip. Super conveniently located, I ended up on the top floor of the building and it was a great start to my solo trip. PROS: Copenhagen Food Group (Cofoco) really live up to their name. Breakfast each morning was varied and delicious, served in Donna. You can also eat your breakfast under the beautiful skylights, which was always a treat. So convenient to get in/out/around CPH given it's right by a subway station and also in the city centre shopping area. Bed is really comfortable and I always got a great night's sleep. Elevator is small but works. Dinner at Donna was also delicious; highly recommend the tiramisu!! CONS: Bathroom has no ventilation (not sure if this is a Scandinavian thing...) making it quite muggy after a shower, especially given how small the room is. It was fine for one person but can see it not being pleasant for 2 people. The room was also missing a few amenities like facial tissues but the concierge was quick to help with. Also no ice machine on the floor; you have to go all the way down to front desk who get it from the kitchen. Rooms are not very sound proof; there was a couple who were speaking in the hallway on one of the nights and I could hear every word.
