I’d comeback to this hotel in a heartbeat. Had a lovely renovated room that, despite what some reviews said, was exceptionally quiet. Every now and then there was the gentle and pleasant rumble of a train. Staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful, location is convenient for walking and just across the street from the station where the train from the airport arrives. If you want to visit Tivoli, it’s a block away. Enjoyed this hotel.

The hotel was convenient to the train station ( easy trip to and from the airport by train), pick-up locations for tour buses and Tivoli Gardens. It was also within walking distance to other top sightseeing locations. The staff was pleasant, from the check-in staff to housekeeping and the restaurant.

The folks at the front desk weren’t very welcoming or helpful. I felt that when I walked in they avoided me. Bathroom was pretty gross with mold in the door and non of the shampoo, conditioner, body wash pumps worked. I thought I paid extra for a city view but my room looked over the train station.

Great location next to tivoli gardens and main train station. Good breakfast. Fitness room small but adequate, but has no cardio machines. Lots of nearby spaces to run though.

This is a charming hotel next to the train station so great for transport links. Great breakfast and really comfortable large room. It is an old building which is stunning especially in the Old Library Bar (where the cocktails are excellent)

Temperature in the room cannot be adjusted; safe was not working, refrigerator was not working, room was not cleaned for 2 days, room had a mildrew smell, elevator has a sign - what to do in case you will get stuck. Stay away from this hotel; it is in great need of renovation

Really enjoyed our stay in Copenhagen at the ProfilHotel. The hotel is situated perfectly for transport and walking options - very central. The hotel itself is very unique and we loved the old worldly charm and decor. Walking into the reception area felt like an Agatha Christie movie set with its old lift, red carpet, beautiful lights and glass ceiling as well as gold plates with names of previous guests. Our room (superior) was newly decorated and very roomy. We enjoyed a drink in the Library Bar, and 3 delicious breakfasts. Shout out to Klara for sorting our one issue promptly. She is a credit to the hotel.
