Very clean, friendly helpful staff, fabulous breakfast buffet from yogurt to salami. Scrambled eggs ( beautifully done) and hash browns . 3 types of melon, etc. Outdoor courtyard option for meals. Top floor with balcony nice but air con didn’t work very well, still a bit warm at night. Main road below so windows closed at night. Needed to borrow a USB plug port from reception to charge my phone. The description of the hotel was “ an upscale golfing hotel” There was no sign of a golf course and the area was a bit “ edgy” , This put me off going out on my own in the evening as a single woman. I dined in both evenings but could have benefitted from going to tivoli and enjoying a free concert there but didn’t fancy coming back after dark on the train. Train station very conveniently located 8 mins walk away and convenient to get to the airport no problem on trains.

Et mellemklasse hotel
Vi fik aldrig oplevelsen at vi boede på et ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel. Servicen var præget af, at medarbejderne var mere eller mindre ligeglade, eksempelvis måtte vi gøre opmærksom på at kaffemaskinen i morgenadsrestaurenten ikke virkede 3 gange før nogen reagerede. Vi var ligeledes skuffet over, at værelset ikke var udstyret med elkedel og mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe/te. Vi blev gjort opmærksom på at vi var velkommen til at købe en kop kaffe i foyer’en til en pris på 34 kr. som viste sig at være udrikkelig - det er sgu ikke OK. Den gratis parkering og hotellets tæt på offentlig transport var et klart plus Service og faciliteter mangler, efter vores opfattelse, noget for at opholdet svarede til andre ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hoteller vi har boet på. Mvh Preben

Frukostlogistiken usel. Allt slut och lång tid innan påfyllning sker om den sker. För stort hotel i förhållande till frukostmatsal. Är man van vid Scandics fina frukostar är detta en besvikelse. Fantastisk service och trevlig personal i receptionen Bra rum såväl familjerum som dubbelrum. Biljard, minigolv o shuffleboard jättebra även om det var mer än dags att byta biljardduk på bordet.
