The lobby was pretty, that was pretty much the best part. Hotel hallways were dirty and mildewy, dinner was less than ideal for the price and from my room I could hear most everyone and the workers in the loading bay outside my window.

Never again in this hotel brand
Convenient for the Shuttle. We stayed in May and the room was boiling, but they turn off the AC centrally throughout "winter". Not acceptable a large chain hotel - that's just cheap. You okay the same rate, so why do you not have the same eamenities. We had a newborn and he could not sleep because of the heat of the room. It was awful. We could open the window very slightly but it did nothing to cool the room down. The room and hotel were poor quality. Very disappointed. There is ample parking and the staff were very helpful, which was a positive. But would not stay again and has put us off the brand in general - we wouldn't stay in one anywhere after that experience.

Enjoyable stay
We usually stay here the night before our journey back to Yorkshire. Love being able to have a swim after travelling up from the South of France. We normally get 2 rooms and have a good sleep. This time we booked a room for 4. The main bed was great but the fold out sofa bed was not very good for the girls. They both complained that it veered off at weird angles so they couldn't get comfortable and they woke up a few times during the night pushed together and with aches and pains in the morning. Other than that it's a great hotel and we will be staying again next year.

Love that this hotel offers accommodation for a family of 5. But felt we were not treated well at dinner even though we spent a lot of money and coach drivers that were allowed to bring in their own drinks and given a special menu were given priority over us. We were told no tables free, so had to sit up at a bar area, even though most tables were free and families arriving later (who had no booked) were given a table.

Great option for Le Shuttle
Lovely breakfast, lovely check in. Room spacious. Comfortable beds and good for dog. 5th or 6th time here and we would return. Excellent optionif using le shuttle which is only 10min drive. On this occaaision only complaint was a smelly carpet. Looked like there had been a flood and the carpet was damp around the entrance
