I've stayed at this property several times, both alone and with others, and have always been extremely satisfied. Tsun, who checked me in, was most helpful and informative with regards to services, breakfast, etc. And the cookie after a number of hours driving, hit the spot!

Staff never did greet properly. were sitting in an chair upon arrival and departure. Door to room did not close properly and was ajar upon arrival. Did not care for faux wood floors over carpet for the room floor. mini microwave too small for a bag of popcorn.

We stayed one night. It was a nice hotel. The light outside of our windows was a bit annoying and lit our room all night but overall it was a good hotel and staff was friendly.

Don’t like to leave bad reviews but pulled sheets back to put my toddler to bed. Sheets had urine stains and hair on them. Had to get new sheets delivered. Pretty gross.

Great location right off the interstate and near several restaurants. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was adequate for a quick bite before hitting the road. My only complaint would be that the remote for the tv didn’t work - there was a note stating as much, saying to use the buttons on the tv, but I had no luck getting it to work.

We have stayed at this location probably 30 time. We go to see friends that live in London usually twice a year and we always stay here. The location is great, next to the RT75.
