Good hotel but bad experiemce
Hotel was OK but there were guests that were slamming door shut for a while and it was annoying. There’s probably nothing the hotel can do about it but just wanted to put it in here. Also, we got some smell of cigarette smoke in our room, not sure if it seeped in from the under the door or what but it was weird. The room didn’t have that small when we first walked in.

The toilet was disgusting. The bed needed remade because it was dirty. The floors were not clean, and one of the refrigerators did not work in the rooms.

Arrived at hotel at 1:30am we get to our room super tired to find it Not Clean! Definitely the bare minimal. Coffee area was so dusty and not restocked and the counter had dirty coffee rings that no one wiped.as well as the microwave having crumbs. room was not swept good and didn’t look moped. Office personal gave us another room which was nice but again NOT the cleanest either.The carpets in the hallways are in need of shampooing they are really stained and dirty. Wish I could say more good things . Would have went somewhere else but it was non refundable. They definitely need some quality control. When checking out I let the lady know what happened and she didn’t seem to care or to even apologize. Won’t be staying here again!

One of the worst seen in years...
Bad experience. Went thru 3 different rooms to try and find one without problems. Finally gave up and stayed in room with super loud heater that didn't work properly, a sink that wouldn't drain, loose tiles in bathroom and what looked like blood stains on walls. Desk clerk cannot be reached by phone, have to go in person to report problems. If you get lucky, you'll get a room without problems. If not, you're in for a bad night.
