Farmhouse apartment deep in the countryside with private pool, 7 km far away from Perugia. Groundfloor, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a sofa bed, one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a private space equipped for outdoor meals. Is possible to add a baby bed in the double bedroom. Perfect for kids. Pets are welcome.



The apartment has a private entrance that ensures maximum privacy. Pool openings: from 9am to 8pm. Free parking. We are 24h/day available for any need.

Here are not required tourist taxes. Heating is on consumption, cost is not included in the price. Total refund of the deposit for cancellation until one week before the arrival. For cancellation within 30 days before the arrival, we take the 50% of the total amount and it is a deposit available for a future stay, for you or for who you want to give it (validity 2 years). Cost includes: - Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen (towels change 2 times a week / linen change once a week) - Water and electricity consumption - Free access to the Swimming pool with sun beds - WiFi - BBQ on request. Heating is autonomous and on consumption. The meter will be read at the biginning and end of the stay. Metano gas, € 1.20 per mc. The consumption will be payed through: look for solution in airbnb website. Final cleaning has an additional cost of € 30 for daily stays, € 50 for weekly stays. The apartment’s price is to be referred for 2 people. Every added person has an additional charge of € 15 per day. Breakfast service on request with organic products: Italian breakfast € 10 per person Continental breakfast € 15 per person. Free for children up to 4 years old, 50% off for 4 to 11 years old. If you are passionate about nature here you can enjoy the tranquility and relaxation of a dip in the green. All around the farm there are fields and woods to have beautiful walks. Guests can enjoy our private pool and a common lounge-area with fireplace and table tennis. There’s a fishing lake just 2km away, but you could also horseback riding and visit the near wineries with wine and local products tasting. In the vicinity there are 4 golf courses (Antognolla, Santa Sabina Golf Club, Lamborghini Golf Club, Citta di Castello Golf Club). Mount Subasio is renown for paragliders and in 1 hour drive you can go rafting on routes suitable for children too. If you are a bicycle enthusiasts we suggest that you rent them for the period of your stay. If you are a Vespa fan, you can rent them to go enjoy a round-tour along the beautiful Lake Trasimeno. The Agriturismo is close to Canneto, a small town with all essential services.

Agriturismo il Corniolo is just 10 minutes drive from Perugia’s historical center and the most beautiful towns and villages of Umbria (Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto, etc.), Lake Trasimeno, the Marmore Falls and other splendors of our region as well as the nearby Tuscany are within easy reach. At the entrance of our property there is a public bus stop which hourly leads into the center of Perugia, from Monday to Saturday. However we recommend to have/rent a car to ensure complete freedom of movement. From the center of Perugia and the main station there are several trains or buses to reach the most interesting towns of Umbria. It is also possible to call a taxi or rent a car.

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay at Franca's beautiful apartment. The apartment was immaculate clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this place. Franca was very accommodating with all our needs.
