It consists of an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with a built-in oven and dishwasher, a large living / dining room with large, fold-out windows with a view of the sea, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a bedroom with sea view and a mezzanine, that could be used as an additional bedroom or office. The villa can accommodate up to 5 people and a baby.

The outdoor area consists of a 26 m² private swimming pool, an outdoor seating area under a pergola, a private parking space in front of the house and a garden behind the house. There is internet, home theater and satellite television.
